          Don't lean on things or touch each other. It shows insecurity of the actor.
  1. Don't hunch up your shoulders, that shows insecurity.
  2. Have a voice and lungs. Speak clearly. Simple, clear, clean. Too much means insecurity of actor. Use charm and good posture. Relax yourself.
  3. Don't do things under insecurity, audience is not interested in actor.
  4. Don't always have the "need" to go hang on the other actor.
  5. Don't touch the chair, that is a crutch.
